About Bafang Dumpling
Bafang Dumpling is a taiwanese restaurant in Santa Clara, California. It is listed at 2702 Augustine Dr #110, Santa Clara, CA 95054, which places it among the local businesses of Santa Clara that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.
In cities with a Chinatown, weekend mornings bring dim sum carts or order sheets, and lines form early at the most popular spots in Santa Clara; walk-ins are standard and reservations are uncommon outside large banquet restaurants. Regional labels matter: Cantonese, Sichuan, Hunan, Shanghainese and Taiwanese kitchens cook very differently, so a restaurant's stated region is a better guide to the food than the word "Chinese" alone. Some smaller restaurants in California are BYOB with no corkage fee; call ahead to confirm. A tip of 15-20% is customary for table service but not expected at counter-order takeout. Spice level, MSG and allergen questions are normal to ask before ordering, and most kitchens are happy to leave an ingredient out or tone down the heat if you mention it when ordering rather than after the food arrives.
The business lists hours on 7 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 10 amβ10 pm. Santa Clara is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. Getting around Santa Clara is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across California's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Cafeteria style Taiwanese food. One of the better beef noodle soups I've had in the US. The dumplings were okay. Overall a little bit pricey, especially for cafeteria sitting style. The place inside is fairly large and bright, decent sized windows, but you do have to put away and take get your own trays of food.

Large new Taiwanese restaurant, located in the Santa Clara Square Marketplace. Bright and airy interior, with both indoor and outdoor seating areas. The beef noodle soup is very flavorful, and the noodle texture is solid. The recipe is from the award-winning restaurant in Taiwan. The potstickers and dumplings are also decent, and you can mix your own dipping sauce. Definitely a good place if youβre in the mood for Taiwanese food. Efficient ordering service. Large free parking lot.

Potstickers were tasty. It would be better if the bottom of the potsticker could be more crispy. The signature dry noodles were OK. The best one was wanton soup. Wontons were good. The coriander made the soup great taste ππππ The restaurant was spacious and clean. The restroom supplied βluxuryβ foam soapπ€£π€£π€£. The staff were friendly. The best thing in the restaurant was βno tipβ!!! Super!!!πππ

Amazing food. Workers were very nice. Amazing foodβ¦β¦ I would say itβs comparable to Taiwanese quality beef noodle soup. Itβs 18 dollars but every dollar spent will bring you happiness
